Confirmation Requirements

*      Attendance, on time, to all classes is required (may not miss more than 2 classes). 

*      Copy of Baptismal Certificate  

*      Confirmation Sponsor  

*      Confirmation Name (Saints Name)

 *     Sponsor Form 

*      Letter to the Bishop Kinney or Father Michael 

*      30 hours of service work (15 church, 15 community). 

*      11th grade students will do the ministries in February (including Ash Wednesday, Confirmation Retreat and Confirmation mass. 

*      Confirmation Retreat.  Students must attend this retreat or another retreat prior to scrutiny.  Please inform your employer one-month
in advance that you will need the day off.)   

*      Attend Chrism Mass –@ St. Mary’s Cathedral.  Student and sponsor or parents are to attend in either 10th or 11th grade.Arrive by 6:15pm to get a seat and check in.
