Our Annual Bazaar will take place on the
Holy Family School playground starting @ 11am.
The Chicken Dinner will begin serving 11am.
The dinner includes chicken, ham, dressing, corn,
and an assortment of pies and beverages.

Games including the Country Store, Fish Pond,
Ring Toss, Nickel Toss and many more will be
running from 11am until the raffle begins at 6pm.

Thanks to all the talented women who worked
on the beautiful quilts. The Quilt Auction begins
at 3pm the day of the bazaar. To preview the quilts

STAND SET UP

Wed, July 28 @ 6:30 P.M.
We need your help to lay out stands and organize equipment.  We will also begin to set up the stands. 

Thursday, July 29 @ 6:30 P.M.
Help is needed to continue setting up the stands. 

Friday, July 30 @ 6:30 P.M.
Set up crew needs help putting on the lumber and etc! 

Saturday, July 31 @ 8:00 A.M.
Set up outside equipment. 

Sunday, Aug. 1 @ 6:00 A.M.
Help is needed to put on tarps, etc. 

Monday, Aug. 2 @ 9:00 A.M.
Workers are needed for cleaning up the grounds and are needed in the kitchen to clean up and pack things away.  

Monday, Aug. 2 @ 6:30 P.M.
Help is needed to tear down the stands

 

KITCHEN HELP NEEDED 

Monday, July 12 @ 6:00pm:
We will be cubing the bread for the bazaar dinner dressing on Monday, July 12th at 6:00 P.M. in the parish center (gym). 
Please bring your favorite bread knife and a cutting board

Wednesday, July 28 @ 5 & 7:30 P.M:
5:00pm: We need to have more help putting the cardboard on the floors.
7:30pm: Help is needed to carry items out of storage & cleaned

Friday, July 30 @ 8:00 A.M:
This is the day we need the most help!!
WE ARE IN DIRE NEED of workers to helpwash and pack chicken. 
Work begins at 8:00 A.M.  Thank You for the great turnout last year.  The more helpers we get the sooner we can finish.

Friday, July 30:
Please bring your vegetables to the school kitchen. 
Cabbage, green peppers, onions, cucumbers & carrots.

Saturday, July 31 @ 8:00 A.M:
Workers are needed in the kitchen to wash, peel and chop vegetables.  Please Help!!

Sunday, Aug. 1 @ 4:30 A.M:
Chicken Friers please arrive at 4:30am. 

All pies and cakes can be dropped off at the north-east door of the parish center between 8:00-10:30am. 
Watch for the signs!  Have your pies & cakes labeled and wrapped or boxed for protection in case of rain.

Monday, Aug. 2 @ 9:00 A.M:
Workers are needed in the kitchen to clean up and pack things away and for cleaning up the grounds..
